Last October 2004, I released my first CD, "Mozartime". This CD is a compilation of works by Mozart of live performances from my concerts in Tokyo, New York and Honolulu for the past ten years. Since receiving the special Mozart Prize in the Robert Casadesus International Piano Competition and the wonderful reviews on my Mozart performances by various critics, I have had many opportunities to perform Mozart in various concerts. This recording is something that I wanted to realize for many years.
Having completed the CD, I have just received exciting news from the Hawaii Music Awards that my "Mozartime" has received nomination in the classical music category! The awards ceremony will be held in Honolulu in April and hope I can get back to all of you with the great news.
