| Each student will receive three (3) one hour private lessons with any of the festival artists during the one week period. |
| PAYMENT & REFUNDS |

PAYMENT
Accepted students are required to send a $300 deposit (U.S. dollars only) to secure participation in the festival. Deposits must be sent within two weeks from acceptance, or the reservation may be forfeited to an applicant on the waiting list. Deposits are not refundable, except in cases of documented medical necessity before May 1, 2008. The balance of fees is due in full no later than Friday, May 1, 2008. REFUNDS There will be no refunds of any kind after Friday, May 1, 2008, except for a documented medical emergency in which case it will be refunded. Applicants will forfeit fifty (50) percent of the deposit if festival participation is cancelled before May 1, 2008. |

PRACTICE FACILITIES - For International, Mainland and Outer-Island students only |
| Practice rooms are available at the festival site for up to 3 hours a day. Please advise if more practice is needed and the festival will arrange other venues. |

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION - For International, Mainland and Outer-Island students only |
| Travel expense to and from Honolulu and accommodation expense will be the responsibility of the student. Any student under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire length of their stay. Our festival staff will be happy to assist in travel and accommodation arrangements. Please feel free to ask. |
| HEALTH INSURANCE |
|
All foreign, mainland and outer-island students must submit proof of current health insurance coverage with their $300 deposit in order to secure their participation with the festival. Local Oahu students are not required to submit proof of current health insurance coverage however, it is preferred. In the event of a medical emergency, parents/guardians will assume full responsibility of the participating children. |
