PAYMENT
Accepted students are required to send a $300 deposit (U.S. dollars only) to secure participation in the festival. Deposits must be sent within two weeks from acceptance, or the reservation may be forfeited to an applicant on the waiting list. Deposits are not refundable, except in cases of documented medical necessity before May 1, 2008. The balance of fees is due in full no later than Friday, May 1, 2008.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds of any kind after Friday, May 1, 2008, except for a documented medical emergency in which case it will be refunded. Applicants will forfeit fifty (50) percent of the deposit if festival participation is cancelled before May 1, 2008.

All foreign, mainland and outer-island students must submit proof of current health insurance coverage with their $300 deposit in order to secure their participation with the festival.
Local Oahu students are not required to submit proof of current health insurance coverage however, it is preferred. In the event of a medical emergency, parents/guardians will assume full responsibility of the participating children.
