APPLICATION

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
All materials must be received in one envelope postmarked on or before April 30, 2008. We will continue to accept late applications until all of the studios are full. All supporting materials and application fee must be received at the festival office before your application is considered complete.

  • A completed application form.
  • A $15 non-refundable application fee if postmarked on or before April 30, 2008. If postmarked after April 30, 2008, please include a $25 non-refundable application fee. All fees should be made payable to the Aloha International Piano Festival in U.S. dollars.
  • A recording (cassette tape or CD only. No video tapes or mini disks). This recording should contain two audition pieces of any length that best represent your current level of playing. All recordings and accompanying cases must be clearly labeled with your name and 1st choice faculty member. Please also cite the title of the pieces, composers, and the length of each selection. (Please note: Audition recordings will be returned to the applicants on their first day of lesson.)

Previous participants of the Festival are waived from the audition recording.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
All materials including the completed application form and a recording must be received in one envelope postmarked on or before APRIL 30, 2008 in order to take advantage of the $15 application fee. Applications postmarked after April 30, 2008, must include a $25 application fee and may not be able to accommodate the applicantŐs 1st choice of teacher. Applicants to most studios will be notified of their acceptance status immediately upon receipt of application materials. We will continue to accept applications until all studios are full.

Application Fee $15.00 ($25.00 after April 30, 2008)
Tuition $475.00

Included in the tuition are 3 lessons, access to all artistsf concerts, masterclasses and workshops.
